Whose idea was this...

Come on now, what insane interior designer decided to furnish all the library's women's bathrooms in BLUE?

So do you have pics of this decorating atrocity?

they paid me. i'm sorry. but i couldn't resist irritating women everywhere...

It's probably a dumb question...but what's wrong with it being blue?

g: nope, no pics.

n: *rolleyes*

db: what's wrong with the women's bathroom being blue? What's wrong with it is that when I first walked into it, I had to check the signs outside more than once to make sure someone wasn't pulling a prank and switching the signs or something! Bathrooms are supposed to be color-coded....

Ah, see I like having to check the signs frantically to make sure I'm in the right bathroom.

so if a bathroom was painted baby blue, would it be considered possibly for women? baby blue is about as bad as pink...

paj: precisely!!

n: puleeze. Baby blue is still *blue*, regardless of how men feel about it. Women's bathrooms should be pink, or at least pastel green.

Or black. Black is a good bathroom color, doesn't show grime. Maybe black with pink spots, just to make it girly. Boys can have blue spots.

meh, a black bathroom would be weird....

hmmm. i can't win. why not paint the walls red instead?
readersis said…
even that would be better than blue!

Since when are bathrooms supposed to be color coded? The bathrooms at work are the same color anyway...

d-b, you work at a grocery store. grocery stores are different than "normal" office buildings.

Well...true...but still...if Cub does it, why not everyone else?! Cub's always right, ya know? *cough*
